As a Sales and Marketing Manager you will:
• Deeply understand the open banking market's development and opportunities, players, and technologies
• Identify new potential customers and segments for the Feezback product suite
• Own full-cycle sales for new business across industries – from outbound prospecting and qualifying through closing
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing corporate and enterprise accounts
• Identify the right stakeholders and approach them to establish effective relationships
• Serve customers by selling products and solutions that fit their needs
• Maintain a structured work plan to meet with customers, discuss their needs and pain points, and offer solutions that increase satisfaction, avoid churn, and drive upsell
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive, growth-oriented business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize success
• Adjust the content of sales presentations to fit each audience
• Keep management informed
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
You:
Experience:
• Selling technology products
• Full-cycle B2B sales – prospecting through close
• Proven experience selling in the Israeli market
• Identifying customer needs and adjusting the offering accordingly
• Open banking products – an advantage
• Selling to complex organizations (banks, insurers, financial institutions) – an advantage
• 5+ years of experience
Skills and Personality:
• You understand people and organizations, and know how to close deals and manage relationships
• Smart and agile
• Self-motivated
• Hunter mentality – comfortable generating and managing your own pipeline
• Well-connected, with an established professional network in the Israeli market
• Mentally flexible – able to adapt quickly across different customer types and conversations
