Network Security Engineer

Innocom is looking for a Security Support Engineer (T2 Backline) to join our Palo Alto Networks team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's leading cybersecurity vendors, supporting enterprise customers and troubleshooting advanced network security solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Investigate Firewall, Panorama, and GlobalProtect environments.
• Perform in-depth log analysis and root cause investigation.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and Palo Alto Networks to resolve complex cases.
• Own support cases from initial investigation through resolution while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Tier 2/Tier 3 Technical Support within Networking or Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience supporting Firewall technologies (Palo Alto Networks is a significant advantage).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, DNS, NAT, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Fluent English.
