📍 Location: Central Israel | Full-time | Hybrid (1 day/week)

We're looking for a Marketing Cloud & Data Specialist to join the marketing operations team of a leading financial organization.

In this role, you'll be responsible for executing and monitoring marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, while working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, developers, and marketing professionals.

What you'll do:

Execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud.

Work with databases, write SQL queries, validate data, and ensure campaign accuracy.

Track campaign performance and support ongoing marketing operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Data, Development, and Marketing.

Be part of a dynamic, professional team driving data-driven customer engagement.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud

✔️ 2+ years of SQL experience

✔️ Experience working with business stakeholders

✔️ Strong attention to detail, ownership, and organizational skills

✔️ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

⭐ Experience managing personalized omnichannel marketing campaigns

⭐ Experience with Data Cloud

⭐ Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including customer journeys, products, and marketing processes

⭐ Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior management
