Technical Lead

Experienced Tech Lead – Android

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Native Android development and proven experience leading software development teams.

This role combines hands-on technical expertise, technical leadership, development process management, work on innovative products, and team leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing Native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Strong proficiency with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, and Data Binding.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party libraries.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture principles, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and MVP.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or GitHub Actions).

Technical Leadership

• Strong understanding of mobile application development, performance optimization, and memory management.
• Experience leading cross-platform mobile projects involving both Android and iOS.
• Ability to design and guide complex application architectures using modern technologies.

Leadership Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing software development teams.
• Experience leading Android and iOS development teams in a collaborative environment.
• Experience planning and managing tasks in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to provide technical solutions for complex challenges while maintaining high code quality standards.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting the professional growth of development team members.
