Growth Product Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to own and optimize the customer acquisition and conversion journey.
Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you'll turn visitors into customers through data-driven product improvements, experimentation, and seamless user experiences.
In addition to driving our B2C growth funnel, you'll own the product experience for our Employers platform, helping companies manage pension processes efficiently while creating new opportunities for customer acquisition and engagement. You'll work closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Data, and CX to identify growth opportunities, remove friction, and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end acquisition, activation, and conversion funnel, improving key growth metrics.
● Lead product initiatives that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
● Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments based on user insights and data.
● Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.
● Partner with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Data, and CX to deliver high-impact product experiences.
● Own and evolve FINQ's Employers (B2B) platform, delivering features that improve employer experience and support business growth.
● Define and monitor KPIs including conversion, activation, retention, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
What We're Looking For
● 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2C growth or conversion optimization.
● Experience building and scaling B2B products or platforms; experience with employer-facing products is a strong advantage.
● Proven track record of improving business metrics through product-led initiatives.
● Strong analytical mindset with experience in product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
● Experience working closely with Marketing, Design, Data, CX, and Engineering in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Excellent prioritization, communication, and execution skills.
● Experience in fintech, personal finance, pensions, or B2B SaaS is a strong advantage.
● Fluent English.
Work Model & Location Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv:
4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely.
