We're looking for a Senior Underwriter, Cyber & Special Risks to join our Tel Aviv team and take ownership of underwriting for Israel and support our international book (all territories outside the US). This is a builder's role: you'll be the person on the ground developing the local and international broker network, shaping how we underwrite and grow in these markets, and putting your own stamp on the book from an early stage.

You'll work closely with our underwriting, product, and claims teams globally. As the primary point of contact for brokers across Israel and our international markets, you’ll deepen existing relationships and open new ones to drive submission flow and profitable growth.

• Own underwriting for cyber and special risks accounts in Israel support expansion to international (non-US) territories, evaluating and pricing complex risks within delegated authority.
• Build and grow relationships with local and international broker partners, acting as Parametrix's primary point of contact in these markets.
• Drive profitable growth of the book, proactively develop new business, manage the renewal pipeline, and identify opportunities to expand broker relationships.
• Create structure in a still-developing market and process, you'll be building playbooks and relationships as you go, not just following an existing one.
• Apply sound underwriting judgment to novel and complex exposures, working cross- functionally with actuarial, product, and claims teams to stay aligned with underwriting appetite and risk tolerance.
• Represent Parametrix at industry events, broker meetings, and conferences 
• Monitor performance metrics, loss ratios, and pipeline activity for your book, and feed market intelligence back into underwriting guidelines and product development.
• Stay current on cyber market trends, threat intelligence, and regulatory developments across your territories.

• 5+ years of experience in cyber and special risks underwriting, broking, or carrier-side distribution.
• Established relationships with brokers in the Israeli market; experience with international (non-US) markets is a strong plus.
• Strong technical understanding of cyber risk, technology exposures, and security trends.
• Proven track record of driving portfolio growth and managing broker relationships.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Experience working with the Lloyd’s and London markets is a strong plus.
