COMBLACK is hiring a Core Systems Development Team Lead!

A managerial role combining hands-on development, leading a core systems development team, mentoring junior and senior developers, and defining optimal technology solutions that support complex business needs.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of COBOL development experience
• Familiarity with AS/400 systems
• Experience managing 5+ employees
• Ability to lead and mentor experienced and junior developers
• Strong ability to investigate existing programs and define development standards
• Experience managing tasks with a broad system-level perspective
• Experience working in large organizations
• Fast learning ability and experience with complex systems and processes
• Energetic, proactive mindset with a strong drive to lead, improve, optimize, and create value
• Excellent interpersonal skills
