DBA Team Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a DBA Team Lead!

Join a critical infrastructure team responsible for managing enterprise database environments that support the organization's core financial systems. In this role, you will lead a team of DBAs, oversee database infrastructure, performance optimization, upgrades, backups, and production support, while working closely with development teams in a large-scale Enterprise environment.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle/MS SQL DBA
• 3+ years of experience leading a DBA team in an Enterprise organization
• Proven experience with both infrastructure and application database administration
• Strong experience in database performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Experience with Oracle (Exadata), MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Snowflake
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle EBS, OIM, and CDC
• Strong planning skills, broad technical understanding, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Willingness to provide production support, including occasional nights and weekends
