Information Technology Specialist

We are on the hunt for an Information Technology Specialist to join our growing team!

In this role, you will provide comprehensive infrastructure and technical support to our organization both locally and remotely.

In this role, you will also:

• Diagnose and resolve complex IT technical issues involving network connectivity, cloud/VM servers, email clients, and VPNs.
• Leverage modern AI tools and assistants to streamline internal support workflows and automate routine tasks.
• Manage internal ticketing queues, ensuring incidents are classified accurately and resolved efficiently within team timelines.
• Install, configure, and maintain local office infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, meeting room equipment, and peripherals.
• Write scripts to optimize and automate workflows across the organization.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and onboarding guides for both technical teams and end-users.
• Partner with external vendors to procure hardware and software solutions as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as an IT / System Administrator in a company
• Technical skills: Strong background in resolving complex issues across network connectivity, operating systems, email clients, anti-virus, and servers.
• Automation: Ability to write scripts to automate tasks and optimize organizational workflows.
• Hardware Operations: Proven track record in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and meeting room IT equipment.
• Identity & Access Management: Deep hands-on experience managing enterprise directory services and cloud productivity suites (e.g., Active Directory, cloud-based identity management, and enterprise workspace platforms).
• Support Operations: Solid experience working with modern ticketing systems and delivering high-quality support under structured internal SLAs.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset, capable of supporting both local and remote global teams.
