About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience who enjoys owning products from idea to production.

This is not a Frontend or Backend-only role.

You'll design, build and maintain features across the entire stack while working closely with our founders, CTO, product team and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript and Python
• Build secure REST APIs and backend services supporting governance, policy enforcement, monitoring and reporting
• Develop intuitive enterprise-grade user interfaces focused on usability and performance
• Design features from architecture through production deployment
• Integrate AI models, LLM providers and enterprise AI workflows
• Work with Docker, Linux and modern cloud-native development practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Engineering and Customer Success teams
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making
• Help improve engineering standards, security practices and developer experience

Required Qualifications

✅ 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

✅ Proven experience building production-grade Full Stack applications

✅ Strong React + TypeScript experience

✅ Strong Python development experience

✅ Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

✅ PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

✅ Docker and containerized development

✅ Git and CI/CD workflows

✅ Linux development environment

✅ Experience working in Agile product teams

✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
