Experienced Python Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python developer with 2-4 years of professional experience to join our team. This is a critical role focused on developing secure solutions for critical infrastructure. The successful candidate will work on-site at our offices and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python-based platforms with a strong emphasis on security and code quality.

Required Experience & Skills

Core Python Development Expertise

·      2-4 years of professional Python development experience

·      Strong Python development skills with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

·      Proven ability to independently code, debug, and modify applications without reliance on AI assistants or agents (MANDATORY)

·      Deep understanding of Python best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization

Critical Infrastructure Security

·      Strong expertise in secure coding practices for critical infrastructure systems

·      Understanding of security vulnerabilities, threat modeling, and secure architecture design

·      Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements in infrastructure environments

Platform Development & Containerization

·      Significant hands-on experience developing end-to-end platforms

·      Strong proficiency with Docker and containerization technologies

·      Experience with microservices architecture and platform deployment

Collaboration & Communication

·      Ability to work independently on complex projects

·      Strong experience collaborating with other companies and external teams

·      Excellent written English communication skills

·      Strong spoken English communication abilities

Key Responsibilities
