Founding Agentic AI Engineer (Remote • Equity)

We’re looking for someone who believes AI agents will fundamentally change how people work - and wants to help build that future.

At Sparkco, we’re building an AI-native intervention machine where AI doesn’t just assist meetings - it actively helps teams think, make decisions, and drive execution.

What You’ll Do

* Build production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems

* Design and develop intelligent agentic workflows

* Rapidly prototype, experiment, and ship production-ready features

* Work directly with the founders to shape the product, architecture, and technical direction

Must Have

* Experience building and shipping production AI agents used by real users

* Strong software engineering skills

* Experience building AI agents that integrate LLMs, tools, APIs, and MCP servers into production systems

* Ability to rapidly prototype and ship high-quality code

* Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment

* Strong ownership mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

* Experience building AI-native products from zero to one

* Startup or founding engineer experience
