Role Description The Mortgage Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Haifa. This role involves advising clients on mortgage options, refinancing opportunities, and financial strategies that fit their individual and business needs. The Mortgage Advisor will conduct detailed financial assessments, explain mortgage products and terms, and guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage application process. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also requires proactive communication with clients, collaboration with the wider consulting team, and participation in mortgage-related marketing and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Mortgages and Finance, including mortgage structures, interest rates, and lending criteria.
• Skills in Financial Planning to assess client affordability, long-term financial goals, and risk management.
• Experience or familiarity with Mortgage Marketing, including client acquisition, relationship management, and presenting mortgage solutions clearly.
• CeMap Qualified or equivalent mortgage advisory certification, or a strong willingness to obtain relevant qualifications.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
• Clear and professional communication skills in spoken and written English; Hebrew proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Haifa, manage multiple client cases, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
• Prior experience in banking, mortgage brokerage, or financial consulting is beneficial.
