What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital account management, with a proven track record of managing clients and leading digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and experience managing campaigns across these channels.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills, while being able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, planning digital activities, and achieving campaign objectives.
• Fluent English – required.
