We're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy accountant to join our US-focused finance team as a maternity leave replacement. You'll manage complex, high-volume accounting for our US entities, working in a fast-paced, multi-system environment where independence and sharp judgment matter as much as technical skill.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex journal entries (100+ lines): sales, revenue, and expense recognition
• Own bank reconciliations and monthly closings
• Handle invoicing, payments, and vendor management
• Prepare P&L statements and balance sheets
• Track loans, including complex loan structures
• Manage reporting for leased/rental properties (interface-based systems)
• Work primarily in NetSuite
• Collaborate closely with the Controller and finance team; flag risks proactively

Requirements

• Bookkeeping Certification Level 3 — required
• High-level English (spoken & written) — required
• Experience in global/multi-entity companies — required
• Experience with multiple systems/interfaces — required
• Strong self-learning ability — required
• Public company experience — significant advantage
• NetSuite experience — significant advantage
