The R&D and operations hub is situated in the Northern region of Israel, operating under a full in-office model to support tight synchronization between management, technology deployment, and production lines.

Position Overview-

• Director of AI Strategy & Transformation (Individual Contributor) occupying a highly prominent, brand-new executive function tasked with driving the company’s end-to-end organizational AI paradigm shift.
• Operating with tremendous corporate influence, this role is a single-focal-point position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a dotted line to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• Serving as the chief architect of the corporate AI vision—entirely focused on strategic leadership without direct team management or hands-on software development—to design, frame, and execute the company's enterprise-wide AI Roadmap.
• Orchestrating the evaluation, procurement, and seamless roll-out of advanced Generative AI suites, LLMs, automated agents, and workflow systems to maximize operational throughput and ROI.
• Directing change-management frameworks, organizational education paths, continuous KPI tracking, and ownership over the complete AI fiscal budget (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- AI Strategy, Enterprise Digital Transformation, Business Optimization, Generative AI Platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot), Agentic Systems, Automation Frameworks, CAPEX/OPEX Budgeting, Risk Mitigation, and Change Management.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or B.A. in a relevant engineering, technology, or business discipline from a leading academic institution – Mandatory
• 10+ years of senior executive management experience (Director level and above; group leaders or R&D team leads will not fit the seniority requirement) heavily focused on Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Operations, or Technology Management – Mandatory
• Extensive background leading complex technological and strategic transformations inside global corporations – Mandatory
• 2–3 years of hands-on or architecture-level expertise steering LLM, GenAI, and autonomous Agentic workflows into production or corporate operational environments – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record managing high-stakes cross-functional enterprise initiatives, building multi-year Roadmaps, and aligning directly with executive leadership/board members – Mandatory
• Masterful execution of program governance, including multi-tiered project complexities, large budgets, and definitive financial performance tracking (ROI and operational productivity KPIs) – Mandatory
