SAP PM Application Specialist

A leading company in Haifa is seeking an SAP PM Application Specialist to support the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module. The role involves analyzing and implementing business processes in the maintenance and quality domains, working closely with business users to understand requirements, preparing functional specifications, performing system customization, testing, user training, and ongoing support. Deep expertise in the Notification area is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep expertise in the SAP PM Notification domain, including related User Exits and BAdIs.
• Analyze, design, and implement business processes within the SAP PM module.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of SAP PM master data objects, including Functional Locations, Equipment, and related entities.
• Prepare functional design documents and Technical Specifications for ABAP developments, interfaces (PI/CPI), mobile solutions, SAP UI5, and Workflow (WF) processes.
• Knowledge of SAP DMS (Document Management System) – an advantage.
• Understanding of budgeting and controlling objects such as Internal Orders, Cost Centers, and WBS Elements – an advantage.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with external vendors and business partners as required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an SAP PM Application Specialist/Consultant – mandatory.
• Proven experience in process analysis, system customization, implementation, and deployment of business processes.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA – a significant advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills, service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
