GTM Operations Engineer - RevOps & Automation

About the Role

Huskeys is building in one of the most important areas of cybersecurity: web security, application protection, CDN, and Web Application Firewall.

As our go-to-market motion grows across sales, partnerships, customer success, marketing, and investor

activity, we are looking for a GTM Operations Engineer to help build the operating layer behind it.

This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, automation, reporting, sales operations, and

business analysis.

You will help create the systems, workflows, reports, and automations that allow the GTM

team to move faster, operate with better visibility, and make better decisions — without relying on manual

work or senior leadership to manage every operational detail.

This is a hands-on builder role. The right person is analytical, organized, curious, and comfortable using AI

and automation tools to turn scattered information into structured workflows, useful reports, and clear

business insights.

You do not need to come from cybersecurity. You do need to be sharp, practical, fast-moving, and able to

create structure where things are still being built.

What You'll Own

• GTM operating processes - Build and improve processes across sales, partnerships, customer success, marketing, and investor-related workflows.
• Reporting & dashboards - Create reports and dashboards that give leadership visibility into pipeline, activity, conversion, bottlenecks, customer engagement, and GTM performance.
• Automation & AI tooling - Use AI and automation tools to reduce manual work across research, reporting, data enrichment, follow-ups, workflow management, and internal updates.
• Sales operations - Support CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, lead management, and account prioritization.
• Funnel analysis - Identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel and turn them into clear, actionable improvements.
• Operational workflows - Support coordination of NDAs, vendor onboarding, partner tracking, account documentation, and process management.
• Templates & playbooks - Build repeatable templates, checklists, dashboards, and documentation for internal GTM processes.
• Forecasting & pipeline reviews - Partner with sales leadership to improve forecasting inputs, pipeline reviews, account planning, and execution visibility.
• Marketing & sales alignment - Help improve alignment around leads, campaigns, target accounts, and follow-up processes.
• Enablement & internal comms - Help create account briefs, internal summaries, and operational updates that keep the GTM team informed and prepared.
• Scalable processes - Turn messy or manual workflows into cleaner, more structured operating rhythms that support the business now and can grow later.

What You Bring

• 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical operations role.
• Strong analytical thinking - able to turn data, research, and scattered inputs into clear reports and practical recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, workflows, fields, and data quality.
• Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Linear, Google Sheets, or similar systems.
• Strong ability to use AI, automation, and no-code tools to improve workflows, reporting, research, and internal processes.
• A builder's mindset - comfortable creating structure where not everything is fully defined yet. High ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving ability.
• Fluent English.
