We are looking for a creative, analytical, and driven CRM Manager to join a fast-growing consumer gaming company. In this role, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of customer engagement campaigns across multiple channels, helping deliver exceptional player experiences while maximizing player retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Working closely with Product, Monetization, Design, Operations, and Analytics teams, you will develop personalized player journeys, leverage data to optimize campaign performance, and play a key role in shaping the company's CRM strategy.
Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels, including Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, SMS, and other engagement platforms.
- Build and manage personalized customer journeys throughout the player lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to retention, re-engagement, and loyalty.
- Create audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant, targeted messaging based on player behavior and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, Design, Operations, and Analytics teams to plan, execute, and optimize CRM initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using key KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, retention, engagement, and revenue metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to continuously improve messaging, targeting, timing, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate actionable insights from player data and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Own the CRM content creation process, including writing compelling copy and partnering with designers to develop engaging creative assets.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure accurate, timely execution of all CRM communications.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and CRM best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of CRM automation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Ensure all CRM communications align with brand guidelines and overall business objectives.
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement.
- Experience managing CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, or similar communication channels.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing campaign performance based on results.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and messaging skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
- Experience in the gaming, entertainment, mobile apps, or other B2C digital products industry is an advantage.
