IT Infrastructure Manager

A long-established energy infrastructure organization is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join its IT and cyber department.

The company operates in the oil and gas energy sector, supporting critical energy infrastructure through oil transport, storage, port, and energy infrastructure services.

This is a hands-on role based in Ashkelon, with responsibility for system, networking, and information security infrastructure in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute hands-on infrastructure tasks across system, networking, and information security environments.
• Design, implement, operate, and deploy organizational infrastructure architecture.
• Initiate and implement new infrastructure solutions and security tools.
• Manage day-to-day work with external vendors and technology partners.
• Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing infrastructure in a large organization
• At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP network architecture, information security, and cyber concepts
• Experience maintaining and managing security products and communication components, including switches and firewalls
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing GPO and Active Directory
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and virtualization environments
• Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and user-support capabilities.
