The corporate headquarters is located in the Central region of Israel (highly accessible, situated immediately adjacent to the light rail system).

Position Overview

• Priority ERP Systems Specialist & Implementer taking full technical and operational ownership over the customization, deployment, and optimization of the organization's core Priority ERP platform.
• Partnering closely with department heads (Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management) to map complex real estate workflows into efficient system logic and automated business workflows.
• Executing core database configurations, data migrations, customization properties, and system integrations within the Priority ecosystem.
• Providing high-level production support, diagnosing application anomalies, and troubleshooting system bottlenecks to ensure data integrity across all operational divisions.
• Leading employee onboarding, authoring training materials, and driving user-adoption strategies to streamline cross-organizational software usage.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem Priority ERP, Systems Implementation, Business Process Modeling, Real Estate & Construction Operations, Production Support, Database Configuration, and Data Architecture.

Requirements-

• 2 years of hands-on professional experience directly specializing in the implementation, application management, and customization of the Priority ERP system – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record executing core application setups, user-permission structures, form designs, and workflow configurations within Priority – Mandatory
• Deep technical comprehension of information systems architecture and robust root-cause troubleshooting skills – Mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience conducting user training, translating business demands into technical specifications, and managing multiple internal interfaces – Mandatory
• Background or domain familiarity within the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industries – Advantage
