System Analyst

The unit sits at the intersection of FinTech and high-scale software engineering, translating complex market structures into streamlined digital experiences for modern financial operations.

Based in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, immediately adjacent to the light rail system) and operates under a hybrid structure that includes one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview

• Technical System Analyst & Project Lead taking ownership of cross-organizational technological programs from initial product scoping through implementation to deployment.
• Authoring comprehensive, high-complexity functional and technical specification documents (PRDs/FRDs) entirely in English to bridge business strategies with logic design.
• Collaborating intensely in an Agile ecosystem alongside internal R&D squads, software architects, corporate stakeholders, and external technology vendors.
• Mapping out technical data flows, data structures, and multi-system integration blueprints to support complex architectural dependencies.
• Analyzing data patterns and system hooks, diving deep into APIs, microservices communication, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Technical Systems Analysis, Software Integration, API Architecture, Data Modeling & Databases, Project Leadership, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, FinTech, and Capital Markets.

Requirements-

• 3+ years of proven professional experience in systems analysis and technical project leadership – Mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to author high-complexity functional and technical system architecture documentation in English – Mandatory
• Direct, hands-on experience working with APIs (REST/gRPC), system integration interfaces, and database querying (SQL/NoSQL) – Mandatory
• Deep theoretical and practical comprehension of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC) and distributed system architectures – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency operating within modern Agile/Scrum development methodologies – Mandatory
• Strong background or structural familiarity with the Capital Markets, FinTech, or algorithmic trading ecosystems – Significant Advantage
