Project Manager

Position Overview-

• Technical Project Manager taking end-to-end (E2E) ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary underwater defense systems from initial kickoff and program discovery through to final client delivery and sign-off.
• Managing multiple complex, concurrent programs, driving detailed execution plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation tracks, and strict budget monitoring.
• Executing full matrix management across diverse engineering and operational blocks, synchronizing internal Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Operations, and Assembly squads to maintain critical path velocity.
• Partnering deeply with the production floor and operations department to streamline procurement pipelines, manufacturing schedules, and quality assurance workflows.
• Serving as the primary strategic interface for international and domestic defense clients managing expectations, presenting technical progress milestones (Gantts), and resolving high-stakes project bottlenecks.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Technical Project Management, Matrix Leadership, Multi-Disciplinary Systems (HW/SW/Mech), Sonar & Acoustic Technologies, Defense & Homeland Security (HLS) Regulations, Manufacturing Floor & Operations, Risk Mitigation, and Client Relations.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory
• 3 years of proven professional experience operating as a Project Manager specifically handling complex, multi-disciplinary systems engineering lifecycles – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record of working within defense contractors or the military technology sector – Mandatory
• Direct, practical experience collaborating with manufacturing operations, procurement departments, and production floors to transition products from design to reality – Mandatory
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional engineering blocks within a highly matrixed structure without direct hierarchical authority – Mandatory
• Production-proven experience managing direct client-facing communications, technical milestone delivery, and cross-organization alignment – Mandatory
• High professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written communication) – Significant Advantage
