About The Role

We're looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to own and evolve the internal technology stack that powers our company. You'll be part of the Information Systems team, working closely with IT Support, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure our infrastructure, endpoints, identity systems, and SaaS platforms remain secure, scalable, and efficient.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, driving automation, and taking ownership of critical systems. You'll serve as a technical leader within IT, helping shape how we manage devices, identities, access, security, and internal tooling as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

Infrastructure

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure to support company growth and operational needs.
• Collaborate with IT Support to identify bottlenecks and build scalable technical solutions.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and root cause investigations.
• Lead infrastructure-related projects from planning through execution.
  
  

Endpoint Management

• Jamf Pro administration: macOS policies, software deployment, patch management, and security configurations.
• Manage Intune for Windows devices: compliance policies, application deployment, and device security.
• Evaluate and implement endpoint management improvements and automation opportunities.
  
  

SaaS Platforms

• Google Workspace: users, groups, security controls,
• Slack, Cloudflare, and other critical business applications.
• Evaluate new tools, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Maintain, permissions, and operational best practices.
  
  

Cloud & Security

• Support IT-related operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Manage access controls, permissions, and basic cloud networking components.
• Administer and maintain enterprise security tools such as CloudFlare or equivalent EDR platforms.
  
  

AI & Automation

• Build internal tools, workflows, and automations using Claude, Okta Workflows, scripting, and emerging AI technologies.
• Identify repetitive operational tasks and automate them.
• Drive efficiency improvements through workflow automation and system integrations.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and implement practical use cases across IT operations.
  
  

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Continuously improve IT processes, user experience, and operational scalability.
  
  

Identity & Access Management

• Work with Okta: SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, group structures, application integrations, and access governance.
• Design and maintain identity workflows and automation.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in IT System Administration or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Intune.
• Experience administering cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with Zero Trust, ZTNA, device trust, or identity-centric security models.
• Hands-on experience with Sentinel1 or another enterprise EDR platform.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals: DNS, VPNs, DHCP, routing, and troubleshooting - Cisco Meraki as advantage.
• Experience managing SaaS ecosystems in fast-growing organizations.
• Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar.
• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, or API-based automation.
