Information Systems Analyst

COMBLACK is hiring an Information Systems & Research Data Analyst!

Join a unique role combining systems analysis with research data management in a healthcare environment. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing information systems, assessing feasibility, mapping organizational data, improving data quality, and supporting research initiatives in collaboration with hospitals, researchers, academia, and industry partners.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis (development background is a significant advantage)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a healthcare organization, with strong familiarity with hospital workflows and core clinical systems
• Proven experience working with SQL and advanced Excel
• Experience defining system requirements, writing specification documents, data investigation, and information analysis
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and analytical thinking

Significant advantages

• Experience with medical registries, clinical coding, or healthcare data quality
• Experience working in BI teams within healthcare organizations
• Experience writing Source-to-Target (S2T) documents
• Experience supporting medical research projects and collaborating with business stakeholders
