Controller (Real Estate Company | International Exposure)

A leading and growing real estate company is seeking a Controller for a key, high-impact role within the finance team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic organization with international operations and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the company’s financial reporting
• Preparation and consolidation of quarterly financial statements under IFRS
• Reporting within a subsidiary of a public company, including reporting to investors and banks
• Managing treasury activities and cash flow
• Ongoing work with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Reporting directly to the CFO

Requirements

• Background from a Big 5 accounting firm
• 3–5 years of experience as a Controller in a public company or a subsidiary of a public company
• Proven managerial experience
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with international teams
• Experience in real estate / infrastructure / renewable energy sectors
• Experience in global/international companies
