About The Position

We are looking for a brilliant, tech-savvy student to join our FP&A team. In this role, you won't just analyze numbers; you will be our Automation Champion. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our financial workflows, replacing manual Excel tasks with smart, automated pipelines, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools (LLMs, Python scripts, and no-code tools) to maximize our department's efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify repetitive, manual financial tasks and redesign them into fully automated workflows using AI tools, Power Query, or scripts.
• Research, test, and implement advanced AI tools (ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis, Claude, etc.) into day-to-day FP&A operations to streamline data cleaning and forecasting.
• Gather, clean, and merge financial data from multiple organizational systems (ERP, Salesforce, BI platforms) into dynamic, error-free structures.
• Assist in building and maintaining automated BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to provide clear, real-time insights to executive leadership.
• Support the FP&A team with routine financial tracking, budget control, and quarterly forecast preparations.
  
  

• Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 1.5–2 years remaining until graduation- Must
• Ability to work 3 days a week-Must
• AI & Prompt Engineering Enthusiast: Proven experience using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for data analysis, writing scripts, or problem-solving.
• Proficiency in complex functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP), Pivot Tables, and Power Query – Major Plus.
• Basic to intermediate Python (pandas / numpy) or SQL – Significant Advantage.
• Basic understanding of Power BI or Tableau – Advantage.
• Natural curiosity to dismantle manual processes and make them run 10x faster.
• High analytical skills and ability to clean messy datasets and spot anomalies.
• Self-learner: fast to adapt to new technologies, platforms, and financial methodologies.
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
