Data Development Team Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a Data Development Team Lead!

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a Data Development team in the actuarial and elementary insurance domain. The team includes System Analysts, Informatica and SQL Developers, and BI Developers working with Tableau and Business Objects.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience managing Data / BI / ETL teams
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of data projects
• Strong experience with Oracle and advanced SQL development
• Experience with Informatica, Tableau and Business Objects
• Experience working in on-prem and cloud environments
• Experience working with Jira and Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, SQL, BI, and data quality
• Ability to lead professional reviews, implement work routines, standards, and development processes
