Research and Development Project Manager

Natasha Denona Makeup is a globally recognized beauty brand founded by internationally renowned makeup artist Natasha Denona.

Known for its innovation, premium-quality products, and trend-setting creativity, the brand has become a leading name in the global beauty industry, with a strong presence across international retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partnerships worldwide.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can meticulously manage and monitor every stage of the project of our product development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Day to day:

• Project management of makeup product from the conception stage to the final product- including packaging, labeling etc.

• Analytical and strategic planning capabilities, benchmarking with market competitors.

• Collaborating with Regulatory Managers to ensure that projects align with industry regulations and standards.

• Ensuring that all project-related documentation and submissions meet regulatory requirements.

• Work with external interfaces such as: international suppliers around the world.

• Management of delivery dates and compliance with demanding goals.

• Negotiating with the company's factories and suppliers.

• Set a project timeline and monitor project deliverables

• Collaborate closely with various company departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Working with internal organizational interfaces such as design, marketing & supply chain etc.

Requirements:

• Fluent English.

• A degree in business administration or industrial engineering or any related field.

• Experience in project management from cosmetic/pharma or any related field.

• Profound knowledge of office software- experience working with Excel/ Monday and SAP.

• Independence and multitasking.

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management

• Strong organizational skills
