Hey Seven uses AI to change how casinos and hospitality brands engage their highest-value guests. We unify three signals that have never been brought together-gaming, behavioral, and conversational-into a single player profile that drives real, measurable revenue for operators. We're founded by tier-1 gaming and tech executives.

This is a founding-level seat: you'll shape the entire AI direction of the company.

What you'll own

• The AI strategy. Where we invest, what we build, and how we stay ahead.
• The core intelligence + data moat. The proprietary models and data that get stronger and more defensible as we scale.
• Production systems. AI that operators depend on every day-not demos.
• Quality. Performance that's measured, monitored, and always improving.
• Responsible by design. Privacy, security, and responsible gaming built in from day one.
• The team. Build hands-on now; hire and lead a small, high-leverage AI team as we grow.

You probably have

• 7+ years in applied AI/ML, including lead ownership of real, deployed production systems.
• A track record of turning AI and data into a durable product advantage.
• Sharp systems and data instincts-and good build-vs-buy judgment.
• Rigor on measurement: you make AI quality observable and accountable.
• Comfort going hands-on in a fast-moving startup while setting the technical direction.

Bonus: experience in a regulated, data-sensitive domain, or building an AI team from scratch.
