Customer Relationship Management Developer

We are looking for an experienced Siebel CRM Developer to join our development team and take part in building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise CRM solutions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Siebel CRM components.
• Design and develop Siebel Scripts and Workflows based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain Web Services and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement solutions while adhering to architecture, data model, and development standards.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, QA, and other technical teams.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development, including Scripts and Workflows.
• At least 2 years of experience developing Web Services.
• Strong understanding of Siebel data model and application architecture.
• Experience working with Oracle Database and writing SQL queries.
• Experience developing with Siebel Open UI, with strong JavaScript skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise service platforms.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems specialization), or an equivalent technical qualification.
