Core mission

We are seeking brilliant software engineers to join our team. As a Backend engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and development of our various products. This is an early-stage opportunity where you will majorly impact decision-making and contribute to the company’s success.

What will you do?

• Being responsible for integration capabilities with 3rd party applications, including SAAS applications, Identity Providers, PAM, SIEM, etc.
• Creating robust architecture and tools for the integration layer with the outside world.
• Taking features from definition to client delivery with extreme quality demands and understanding the complexities from top to bottom.
• Deep integration with complex systems requires creative out-of-the-box solutions.
• Build for scale, including monitoring and performance considerations.
• Design and deploy autonomous agentic systems to handle integrations with minimal manual intervention.
  
  

• 4+ years of backend-focused software development experience.
• Expertise in crafting robust, high-quality software with SOLID principles and comprehensive testing.
• Proven record of scaling and producing production-grade solutions.
• Collaborative team player with a knack for results-driven contributions.
• Innovative problem solver, known for delivering streamlined solutions to complex challenges.
• Proficient in leveraging AI Agents for development.
• Proficient in NodeJS, Kafka, TemporalIO - Advantage.
