Job description:

We are seeking a highly technical Wireless IoT Infrastructure Team Lead to drive the strategy, infrastructure planning, field deployment, and performance optimization of our global smart utility networks. As part of this role, you will take ownership of infrastructure planning and lead challenging, large-scale strategic projects focused on building and deploying wireless network infrastructures from the ground up. You will bridge system-level architecture with active ground execution, while leading and mentoring a team.

What You Will Do:

· Manage, guide, and mentor a professional infrastructure team consisting of engineers and technicians.

· Lead the RF planning, design, and deployment of wireless IoT and cellular networks.

· Write preliminary test plans, build test setups, and execute hands-on pre-trial testing and field experiments.

· Regularly monitor system performance, actively leading hardware troubleshooting and root-cause investigations.

· Continuously optimize network capacity, coverage, and remote site performance.

· Collaborate with hardware, firmware, system engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful end-to-end connectivity.

Requirements:

· B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

· Experience in wireless network planning, design, deployment, and operations.

· Strong knowledge of RF systems, cellular/IoT connectivity, antennas, and network performance analysis.

· Hands-on experience in field deployments, pre-trial testing, and executing experiments.

· Experience in managing technical teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.

· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness for frequent travel abroad.
