Technical Designer

Role Overview

You’ll own the technical design execution at Jurni, working hands-on with customers to help them implement, customize, and scale high-performing funnels. This is a customer-facing, execution-heavy role at the intersection of design, product, and growth. You’ll guide brands in translating their marketing campaigns into effective landing experiences using Jurni.

You’ll work closely with founders, product, and engineering, and directly with customers, to ensure Jurni is used correctly, efficiently, and at scale.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to design, build, and optimize funnels using Jurni for live campaigns.
• Translate ad creatives, messaging, and marketing goals into high-converting landing page structures.
• Guide customers through Jurni’s workflows, helping them understand best practices for AI-generated funnels, editing, experimentation, and iteration.
• Act as a technical design partner to brands, supporting onboarding, launches, and ongoing optimization.
• Provide hands-on implementation support, troubleshooting design and setup issues as customers scale.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to surface gaps, edge cases, and opportunities based on real customer usage.
  
  

• Background in design, web design, or digital design with strong execution skills.
• Comfortable using B2B SaaS products and working directly with customers.
• Strong understanding of marketing, campaigns, and how ads connect to landing pages and funnels.
• Clear communicator who can explain design and product decisions to non-technical customers.
  
  

• Experience working with DTC brands, ecommerce, or performance marketing teams.
• Hands-on experience with landing pages, CRO, or funnel optimization.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions design, implementation, or onboarding.
• Familiarity with AI-powered products or builder tools.
