Role Description:

A leading commercial tax firm is looking for a talented Tax Attorney to join its growing team. The role combines legal advisory and business work with fast‑growing startups, tech companies, founders and investors, and includes hands‑on involvement in complex local and cross‑border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing tax advisory to tech companies, entrepreneurs and investors
• Advising on tax aspects of investment transactions
• Supporting M&A transactions and corporate restructurings
• Advising on international transactions and global activity tax structuring
• Handling tax aspects of employee and management equity/option plans

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in tax (strong junior candidates with slightly less experience will also be considered)
• Experience from a leading commercial / tax law firm
• LL.B from a top university or leading law college
• Very high level of English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in commercial tax work
• Significant advantage for candidates with an additional degree in accounting or economics
