Title Proofer (NY & NJ)

Location: Remote (Israel) or office-based in Jerusalem

Hours: Flexible. Full-time (approximately 32 hours/week) or part-time.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Title Proofer with strong New York title proofing experience. New Jersey title experience is also highly desirable. This is a flexible opportunity for someone who prefers proofing work, although there is the option to assist with more junior title work if interested.

Responsibilities

• Proof and review New York title reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Review New Jersey title reports when required.
• Ensure title documents meet quality and compliance standards.
• Communicate with the US-based team regarding questions and updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in New York title proofing (essential).
• New Jersey title experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule.
• Open to full-time (approximately 32 hours/week) or part-time arrangements.
• Core work can be completed during Israeli business hours, with some availability during US business hours for communication.
