About The Role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to handle incoming customer complaints. You’ll handle out-of-court disputes, coordinate with external counsel on litigation, and partner with the Compliance team to provide day-to-day legal advice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running internal fact-finding investigations
• Handling complaints in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Representing Revolut before the regulator
• Working on customer response letters, responses to claims, and case reviews
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving issues, and implementing improvements that make an impact
• Analysing case outcomes to identify weak points and remediate them
• Actively contributing to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is a priority
• Seeking to go above and beyond the role by taking real ownership of problems, policies, or procedures
• Collaborating closely with other departments during case investigations
  
  

What You'll Need

• A law degree
• To be a member of the Israeli Bar
• Legal experience as a private-practice lawyer within financial services and/or in-house
• Experience managing/responding to complaints in banks or financial services environment and/or managing disputes
• Fluency in English and Hebrew with exceptional communication and writing skills
• An analytical mindset to be able to investigate and get to the root of a problem
• To be resourceful and know where and how to obtain relevant information
• Strategic thinking skills to best utilise means of redress (refunds and negotiations)
