אנחנו מחפשים מנהל.ת הצעות מחיר, חוזים והתקשרויות להובלת הפעילות המסחרית והכלכלית בתהליכי מכרזים והצעות מחיר מול לקוחות בארץ ובעולם.

התפקיד כולל הובלת תהליך בניית ההצעה המסחרית מקצה לקצה – החל מתמחור מוצרים ופרויקטים, דרך ניתוחים עסקיים והצגת הנתונים להנהלה, ועד לניהול מו״מ מסחרי וחוזי עם לקוחות.

במסגרת התפקיד תובילו צוות מנהלי התקשרויות ותמחירנים, ותעבדו בשיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים רבים בארגון בסביבה דינמית, רב־תחומית ובינלאומית.

תחומי אחריות

• הובלת תהליכי הכנת הצעות מחיר ומענה למכרזים מול לקוחות בארץ ובחו״ל
• תכלול כלל מרכיבי ההצעה, כולל תמחור מוצר/פרויקט
• בניית והצגת ניתוחים פיננסיים ודוחות רווח והפסד להנהלת החברה
• ניהול תהליכי מו״מ מסחרי וחוזי
• ניהול חוזים בהיבט המסחרי והפיננסי
• הובלת צוות מנהלי התקשרויות ותמחירנים

דרישות התפקיד

• תואר בכלכלה / מנהל עסקים / תעשייה וניהול / משפטים – חובה
• ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות ומנהלים בדרגים בכירים
• ניסיון בעבודה מול ממשקים מטריציוניים בארגון
• יכולת הובלת תהליכים מורכבים וניהול מספר משימות במקביל
• ידע בתחום Compliance, ITAR ורגולציה אמריקאית – יתרון

ניסיון מקצועי

• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בניהול צוות
• ניסיון בהכנת הצעות מחיר, מענה למכרזים או תמחור מודלי עלות
• ניסיון בניהול חוזים וניהול מו״מ
• ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים
• היכרות עם התעשייה הביטחונית – יתרון

מיומנויות וכישורים

Head of Pricing, Contracts & Commercial Affairs

Finance Division | Reporting to the CFO | Plasan Sasa

We are looking for a Head of Pricing, Contracts & Commercial Affairs to lead the commercial and financial aspects of proposal management, pricing, and contract execution for customers in Israel and worldwide.

This role is responsible for leading the entire commercial proposal process, from pricing products and projects, through financial analysis and executive presentations, to commercial negotiations and contract management.

The position also includes leading a team of Contract Managers and Cost Analysts while working closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of commercial proposals and responses to customer tenders in Israel and globally.
• Coordinate and integrate all aspects of commercial proposals, including product and project pricing.
• Prepare and present financial analyses, business cases, and profit & loss (P&L) reports to senior management.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customers.
• Manage customer contracts from a commercial and financial perspective.
• Lead and develop a team of Contract Managers and Cost Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Law – required.
• Experience working with customers and senior executives.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional processes and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Compliance, ITAR, and U.S. regulatory requirements – an advantage.

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
• Experience in pricing, proposal management, tender responses, or cost modeling.
• Experience in contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Experience in the defense industry – an advantage.
• Experience working with international customers.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary activities.
• High level of initiative, proactivity, and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and perform effectively under pressure.
