Paid Freelancer Opportunity - Israel

We are Testlio, a global quality assurance and user research company trusted by leading technology, finance, and consumer brands around the world. For over a decade, we have helped companies improve their digital products by gathering feedback from real users.

We are currently looking for people in Israel to participate in a paid remote research study focused on the onboarding experience of a financial/payment application.

This is not a sales call, and you will never be asked to purchase anything. Participants will be compensated for their time and feedback.

What is this study about?

The purpose of this research is to understand how real users experience the registration and verification process of a financial application. Your feedback will help improve the product and identify any usability issues that may affect customers.

A member of the Testlio research team will guide you through the session and be available to answer any questions before and during the study.

What will participants do?

During a live 1:1 video session with a Testlio researcher, participants will:

• Create a new account in a financial application
• Complete the standard identity verification process required by the application
• Connect a personal bank account
• Share their thoughts, reactions, and feedback throughout the experience
  
  

The session will take place remotely and will be recorded for research purposes.

Privacy and Security

We understand that identity verification and banking steps involve personal information.

To Help Protect Participants

• A consent form will be provided before participation
• Recordings are used only for research purposes
• Sensitive information is blurred or redacted before being shared with the client
• The research team follows strict confidentiality and data-handling procedures
• Participants may ask questions about the process before agreeing to participate
  
  

Requirements

• Availability: As soon as possible
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old
• Location: Must be physically located in Israel and be an Israeli citizen
• Language: Speak both Hebrew and English
• Must have an Israeli phone number
• Must have a bank account with any of the below banks:
• Bank Hapoalim
• Bank Leumi
• Bank Mizrahi
• Must have at least 2 valid IDs available (Teudat Zehut, passport, or driver’s license)
• Devices needed: iOS or Android Mobile Phone
  

Compensation

Compensation: $80 USD for the session

Extra: $40 USD per successful referral
