Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Experienced Technical Recruiter to join a leading technology services company in Petah Tikva.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, work closely with leading clients across the private and government sectors, and support candidates throughout their full hiring journey.

Responsibilitie

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and screening processes for technology roles in leading organization
• Source and identify candidates through social networks, including LinkedI
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews and candidate evaluation
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process from first contact to final stage
• Present and promote candidates to account managers and strategic client
• Work with leading clients across the private and government sector
• Meet recruitment goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environmen

Requiremen

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, mandato
• Experience conducting in-depth phone intervie
• Familiarity and understanding of OS recruitment process
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while meeting targe
• High motivation and a strong desire to grow, succeed, and develop professional
