The Role
As our first CRM & Monetization Manager, you will bridge the gap between data, product, and content to own our retention and in-app economy roadmaps from the ground up. You will design sophisticated user journeys and dynamic monetization models that directly scale our global user base and lifetime value. This is a high-visibility, foundational role offering the autonomy to shape the growth and monetization trajectory of a global B2C product.
Description
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end automated user journeys across push notifications, in-app messages, email, and SMS.
- Build and refine smart audience segmentation strategies to drive daily user retention and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Own the global in-app economy by managing coin packages, subscription models, and rewarded ad placements.
- Plan and execute a dynamic Live Ops calendar featuring tailored promotions, seasonal campaigns, and flash sales.
- Manage a robust A/B testing framework to continuously optimize pricing, communication timing, and overall ARPU.
- Collaborate closely with product and growth teams to ensure CRM tools are data-rich and seamlessly integrated into the ecosystem.
- Partner with content teams to identify high-potential media genres and align user engagement strategies with trending content.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, monetization, or growth marketing within mobile gaming or high-growth B2C app industries.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard CRM platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, or Leanplum.
- Proven proficiency using behavioral analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude to translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Strongly product-oriented mindset with a keen understanding of how communication touchpoints impact the overall user experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of presenting complex monetization insights and growth roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Direct experience with streaming platforms, digital media content delivery, or managing large-scale A/B tests - advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL to independently extract data combined with a background in applying psychological principles to in-app economies - advantage.
