We're hiring our first Product Operations to join the product team and help build and optimize the systems behind our AI agents. You'd start close to the engine: writing and testing the logic, fixing what breaks, and doing hands-on prompt engineering. Over time it grows into broader product and AI work.
Fast-paced, high ownership. Starts ~60% part-time, can grow to full-time.
Requirements
- Proven track record of standout personal success and exceptional delivery
- MUST-HAVE: Knows CRO, eCommerce, and how online stores actually convert
- Process oriented, builds by default, ships fast
- Uses AI tools daily, comfortable in Claude Code
- Strong analytical thinking, comfortable digging into data
- Writes clearly and thinks in edge cases
- English fluent
