Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience before and after the sale. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone, email, and in-person communications, preparing and tracking orders, updating customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. The Sales Service Representative supports sales activities by following up on leads, preparing quotes, assisting with contract details, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM or other systems. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service processes, and contributing to team goals and performance targets.

CANDIDATE NEED TO BE AUSTRALIAN NATIVE OR HAD PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIAN-ENGLISH SPEAKING

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional, empathetic approach.
• Experience in sales support or inside sales, such as managing leads, preparing quotations, processing orders, and collaborating with sales teams.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English; proficiency in Hebrew and other languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, order management tools, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and documentation tools).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or in the sales/service sector is preferred; experience in similar industries is a plus.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
