Wholesale Sales Manager

We are looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager with a strong commercial mindset, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.

This role involves managing and developing relationships with the company's wholesale clients, driving commercial growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading sales processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple cross-functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with the company's clients.
• Oversee wholesale sales activities with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead the sales process while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive commercial growth.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and sales events.
• Monitor sales performance, commercial KPIs, and business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in wholesale sales, account management, or a commercial role – required.
• Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management – required.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – required.
