Head of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of SHOWROOM TLV and serve as the CEO's right-hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of SHOWROOM TLV.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the operations team.
• Work closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and execute business plans.
• Initiate, design, and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and business performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
• Utilize business systems and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational excellence and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience – required.
• Previous experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry – required.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, performance improvement, and operational excellence.
• Strong strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and lead projects from concept to execution.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and a results-driven approach.
• High level of technological proficiency, including experience working with business systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
