Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve existing optical sensors
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in electro-optical systems
- Design and implement new equipment and specialized fixtures
- Integrate new technologies into the production line
- Lead the implementation of new equipment and provide training to technical teams
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physics or Electro-Optics
- More than 3 years of experience as an Electro-Optics Engineer
- Strong understanding of electro-optical systems and optical sensors
- Experience with optical fibers - advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
