Combat Systems Integration Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Combat Systems Integration Officer / Systems Engineer to join our naval project management team and lead the integration of advanced naval combat systems throughout the project lifecycle.

The role serves as the primary engineering interface between the Israeli Navy Combat Systems Department, the shipyard, and system suppliers, ensuring successful integration of mission systems into the vessel. The ideal candidate combines strong systems engineering expertise with project management capabilities and excels in leading cross-functional processes within a matrix organization.

• Lead the Combat Systems integration work package throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary integration activities between the Navy, shipyard, suppliers, and engineering teams.
• Manage technical interfaces, system requirements, and engineering changes.
• Participate in and lead design reviews, FAT, HAT, and Sea Trials.
• Monitor technical progress, schedule, risks, and contractor deliverables.
• Resolve integration challenges and ensure compliance with operational and technical requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in systems integration, systems engineering, or technical project management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and drive cross-functional processes.
• Experience with defense, naval, or mission-critical systems – Advantage.
• Completed military service; preference given to Atuda graduates or candidates with naval/defense background. Previous service in the Israeli Navy or other operational/technological IDF units – Advantage.
• Must hold Israeli citizenship and successfully complete a security clearance process.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in technical English.
