NOC TEAM LEADER

We are looking for an experienced and driven NOC Team Lead to join a major organization located in Tel Aviv (with a planned relocation to Kiryat Ono in approximately one year).

As a NOC Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence, managing a dedicated team of NOC Operators and ensuring the stability and integrity of our organizational infrastructure.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruitment, management, training, and seamless integration of new team members into the organization.
• Operational Management: Managing shifts and work schedules for operators.
• Process Optimization: Developing, implementing, and maintaining operational procedures and workflows.
• Reporting & Analysis: Creating summary reports, analyzing data, and conducting periodic performance controls.
• Stakeholder Management: Working closely with internal departments and external vendors.
• Oversight: Supervising NOC activities including infrastructure monitoring, map building, system tuning, and system updates.
• Incident Management: Managing incident logs, writing post-mortem/incident reports, and ensuring professional initial responses to reported issues.

 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a NOC team or as an Operator.
• Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a team management role.
• Documentation: Strong experience in writing operational procedures and incident post-mortems.
• Language: High level of English (Reading and Writing).
• Availability: Flexibility and availability beyond standard working hours
