We are seeking a Mechanical Technician / Practical Mechanical Engineer  to join our team for a maintenance role in a renewable energy pilot project, with the opportunity to grow into the Engineering Department.

Job Description:

Implementation of the routine maintenance plan and ongoing support for the Plant Manager and the Engineering Department. Responsibility for the proper and continuous operation of the pilot system. In addition, leading and initiating maintenance projects and experimental activities aimed at improving the pilot’s performance.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Technician / Practical Engineer – mandatory
• Hands-on experience working with mechanical and/or hydraulic equipment – mandatory
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings – mandatory
• Proactive mindset and strong motivation for professional development – mandatory
• Additional language: English or Russian speaker – an advantage
• Experience with computer-aided design software (SolidWorks) – an advantage
• Technical military service – an advantage
• Welding experience and ability to work with power tools – an advantage
• Experience working at heights – an advantage
