Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for web and mobile product features, from ideation to execution.
• Drive AI & Product Evolution: Serve as an early adopter of AI technologies, helping to shape and build next-generation product processes and workflows
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management framework to ensure sustained growth and success.
• Gather and analyze requirements, conduct and write full market research and PRDs, create UX/UI flows, wireframes, and user stories, define A/B tests, and manage backlog prioritization.
• Track feature performance post-launch, analyze usage data and user behavior, and run experiments to optimize performance and business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, BI/BA, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality product delivery.
• Identify and drive key initiatives to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of product features.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or a B2C environment.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of projects.
• Experience working with AI tools on a daily basis.
• A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
• A problem solver with a creative mindset, always seeking innovative solutions.
• Solid project management skills and a passion for games.
